CARING FOR PEOPLE. STRENGTHENING COMMUNITIES. RESTORING HOPE.
Christian Caring Ministries Trust seeks to support individuals and families experiencing hardship, isolation, disadvantage or significant life challenges. Guided by Christian compassion, we work to promote dignity, inclusion, wellbeing and stronger community connections. We welcome people from every background, whether or not they share our Christian faith.

WHO WE SEEK TO SUPPORT
Our community-care work is welcoming and inclusive. It may benefit individuals and families experiencing financial or practical difficulties, people who feel lonely or excluded, older people, vulnerable adults, people affected by insecure housing, those rebuilding their lives after offending or addiction, families and carers under pressure, and anyone seeking encouragement or connection.
OUR APPROACH
COMPASSION AND RESPECT
Every person should be treated with dignity, kindness and respect.
LISTENING BEFORE ACTING
We seek to understand each person’s circumstances before considering what support or signposting may be appropriate.
ENCOURAGING INDEPENDENCE
Our aim is to support people in making informed choices, building confidence and taking positive steps forward.
WORKING TOGETHER
We recognise the importance of cooperation with churches, voluntary organisations, community groups and appropriate professional services.
SAFEGUARDING AND GOOD BOUNDARIES
We are committed to safeguarding, confidentiality, appropriate information sharing, equality and responsible professional boundaries.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
CCMT’s community-care activities do not replace local-authority services, emergency assistance, medical treatment, mental-health care, legal advice or other regulated professional services. Where needs fall outside our role or capacity, we will encourage contact with an appropriate organisation or qualified professional.
A COMMUNITY WHERE EVERYONE MATTERS
We want to help build communities in which people are welcomed, supported and given opportunities to participate, contribute and grow. Our Christian faith inspires us to serve with compassion, humility and hope—standing alongside people during difficult seasons and encouraging them towards greater stability, connection and purpose.
