Who We Are
Caring Hearts Assembly is a Christian worshipping community and a ministry of Christian Caring Ministries Trust (CCMT). We are committed to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, nurturing Christian discipleship and creating a welcoming community where people can worship, grow, serve and find hope.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to help people encounter Jesus Christ, grow in faith and become active disciples who express God’s love through worship, fellowship, compassion and service.
OUR MINISTRY COMMITMENTS
We are committed to:
• Preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ
• Developing Christian discipleship
• Providing prayer, worship and spiritual encouragement
• Offering pastoral care and Christian counselling within appropriate professional boundaries
• Supporting families and individuals experiencing difficulties
• Promoting community inclusion and social wellbeing
• Reaching people who are isolated, disadvantaged or disconnected from church
• Supporting people seeking a new beginning, including former offenders and vulnerable adults
MORE THAN A SUNDAY GATHERING
Caring Hearts Assembly is called to become more than a Sunday gathering. We seek to be a community of disciples who share life, faith and service together.
A place of worship.
A place of prayer.
A place of biblical teaching.
A place of fellowship.
A place of service.
A place of compassion.
A place of evangelism.
A place where families can grow.
A place where people can discover purpose.
A PLACE FOR NEW BEGINNINGS
We believe that failure does not have to be the final chapter. Caring Hearts Assembly seeks to welcome and encourage people who are rebuilding their lives, including former offenders, vulnerable adults and those who may feel disconnected from church or community.
Pastoral care and Christian counselling are offered within appropriate professional boundaries and do not replace emergency, medical or specialist clinical services.
OUR INVITATION
Whether you are exploring the Christian faith, returning to church or looking for a community in which to worship and serve, you are warmly invited to connect with us.
A place where people can encounter Jesus Christ.
